• Each of the P2 factories is fed by one of each P1 factory. 
• Each P1 factory needs 6000 P0 per hour. 
• Configure your extractors with the appropriate length of time so that they provide 12000 units per hour.

If you have better skills you will be able to expand the setup slightly, but you will probably not be able to run 3 P2 factories fully from one planet.

Instead I recommend building 1 or 2 storage facilities to hold P0 overflow if you have the CPU/PG spare, then if you forget to get on EVE and maintain your PI for a day or two it will continue to run.
